Dr. Mohammad Kooshkabadi is board-certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular Medicine as well as board-certified in Internal Medicine. He served as Medical Director of Electrophysiology at the Northside Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute.Dr. Kooshkabadi earned his undergraduate degree at Emory University and his medical education at Emory School of Medicine. He completed his Residency in Internal medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. Dr. Kooshkabadi completed his Fellowships in Cardiovascular Medicine and Cardiac Electrophysiology at Emory University.
He has more than a decade of clinical cardiology experience and specializes in ablation of arrhythmia including atrial fibrillation, supra-ventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia and electro-physiologic study as well as pacemaker and defibrillator implantation and management. Dr. Kooshkabadi is a published researcher who has also presented at the Heart Rhythm Society.
